Cole Marting grew up in Carlsbad. After a few years in Washington, D.C., he has planted roots in North County San Diego. He has dedicated his life to making a positive impact on public policy. He has worked at the highest levels of government, including the White House, Congress and the Republican National Committee. Marting is a member of the San Diego Young Republicans and Republican Party of San Diego County, and holds a political science degree from UC Santa Barbara. He now works at a property insurance-focused nonprofit, where he advocates for commonsense solutions to common problems.
