UPDATED:

The Vision of Children Foundation hosted its annual “Sip to See, Springtime Tea” last month in La Jolla.

More than 180 guests enjoyed a full tea service, a curated silent auction, opportunity drawing, and boutique shopping. The mid-day event raised over $140,000 to Vision of Children’s research initiatives and mission of finding cures for genetic vision disorders and restoring vision loss.

Co-chairs were Kristi Pieper, Donna Vance and Vivian Hardage.

Rancho Santa Fe residents Sam and Vivian Hardage established Vision of Children in 1991 after their son, Chase, was born with ocular albinism.
