4. Blanchard says its most rewarding benefit is the Infant at Work program. Employees can bring their babies up to the age of 6 months to work. As a result, Blanchard says the babies become socialized and at ease with people.

6. Sempra’s family concierge program connects employees to resources to assist with situations like helping aging parents who live in other states find transportation to their medical appointments. This program, the company said, provides employees with the that they need to thrive personally and professionally.
7. To help Cognella employees destress and get to know colleagues more as the company has moved to mainly being remote, workers who earn 18 points for the quarter by attending wellness activities in-person and via Zoom will receive a $100 bonus. The events include virtual monthly activities such as Pictionary games and craft clubs.
8. Starting in 2024, Hologic Inc. employees will receive free assistance in navigating, understanding and enrolling in Medicare. The company said it’s a result of more people working past the age of 65.
9. Charles Schwab said its employees regularly donate to charities. To celebrate these efforts, the Charles Schwab Foundation matches each employee’s charitable donations up to $1,000 per year with an additional $1,000 match available for those who serve on a nonprofit board.
10. Booz Allen Hamilton offers a student loan refinancing program. It provides employees with the ability to refinance federal and private student loans and Parent Plus loans at lower rates and to consolidate federal and private student loans.
