UPDATED:

Devising the perfect Daily Fantasy Sports strategy for the NFL can be a challenge, which is why I’m here weekly to assist.

On DraftKings, it’s important to you’re playing full-point PPR with bonuses if a player sures 300 ing yards, 100 rushing yards or 100 receiving yards.

Here is my optimal lineup for Sunday’s $3.25 million Fantasy Football Millionaire contest, but it can be utilized as a foundation in other games and platforms.

All prices listed are courtesy of DraftKings with a $50,000 budget.

These lineups have netted $105, which means I’m breaking even with an average score of 150.66 points through six weeks.

Year-To-Date Results

Week 1: 170.52 points

Week 2: 141.30 points

Week 3: 130.78 points

Week 4: 152.50 points

Week 5: 162.32 points

Week 6: 146.56 points

QB: Lamar Jackson, Ravens ($7,600)

Jackson is the overall QB7 in fantasy despite averaging a career-low 2.9 percent TD Rate, a stat that screams positive-mean regression is on its way. Regardless, his floor remains comfortable as he ranks second in carries per game, second in red zone carries and first in rushing yards per game.

RB: Kenneth Walker, Seahawks ($7,000)

This is a smash spot for Walker, who is going against a Cardinals run defense allowing 4.5 yards per carry, an average of 144.3 total yards and nine total TDs in six games. Arizona’s defensive front especially struggles against zone runs, where they’ve allowed the ninth-highest yards per carry (4.71). Over 60 percent of Walker’s runs have been on zone plays.

RB: Jahmyr Gibbs, Lions ($6,300)

This is a clever bring-back option to my Ravens stack. I feel like this game could be a slugfest or develop into a shootout. Either way, the three players I’m utilizing can produce. Gibbs had 18 touches and 82 total yards in Week 3 without David Montgomery, who is out with a rib injury. Gibbs also handled every touch in the red zone. Plus, Baltimore has allowed the fifth-highest yards per reception and eighth-most receiving yards to running backs.

WR: Christian Watson, Packers ($5,600)

Watson could be shadowed this week by Patrick Surtain, but Surtain hasn’t exactly been a shutdown corner so far this season. He also shadowed Davante Adams (WR29 in Week 1), Tyreek Hill (WR4 in Week 3) and DJ Moore (WR5 in Week 4).

WR: Terry McLaurin, Commanders ($5,400)

McLaurin thrives against man coverage and is usually Sam Howell’s first read against the blitz. The Giants play man and blitz at the fourth-highest rate in the NFL.

WR: Marquise Brown, Cardinals ($5,300)

Brown ranks fifth among wide receivers in deep targets and he’s also 12th in red zone targets. The Seahawks are tied with the Chargers for giving up the most fantasy points to wide receivers this season.

TE: Mark Andrews, Ravens ($5,700)

Andrews is the overall TE2 in PPR formats since Week 2. The Lions have allowed the third-most receptions, fourth-most receiving yards and seventh-most fantasy points to tight ends.

FLEX: Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Seahawks ($3,900)

, JSN wasn’t entirely healthy to begin the season, but he’s still received at least five targets in four of five games. According to Pro Football Focus, Smith-Njigba set season-highs for routes ran and snaps played against the Bengals last week. It makes sense for Seattle to get him more involved after the bye week, especially now that his wrist is probably completely healed. A breakout week could be on the horizon if DK Metcalf is out or limited with hip and rib issues. Metcalf will be a game-time decision. The Cardinals have allowed the NFL’s fourth-most receptions (91) and second-most yards (1,195) to wide receivers this season.

DST: Seattle Seahawks ($3,200)

Only the Bills and Steelers are averaging more fantasy points since Week 2 and Cardinals QB Joshua Dobbs appears to be crashing back to Earth. Dobbs has given up five total turnovers and five sacks the last two games.
