1179949-sd-me-beagle-arrival_NL San Diego, CA August 31, 2022 San Diego Humane Society employees and volunteers unloaded 108 of the 4,000 beagles who are part of a large-scale rescue from a Virginia-based company that breeds and sells animals for use in scientific testing. The beagles arrived on a Greater Good Charities flight at Circle Air at Gillespie Field in El Cajon this afternoon.
